Terms and conditions - before you order

Please read these carefully - they are designed to maintain the high quality we are trying to achieve on this site. If you accept them, please click on the link at the bottom of the page to continue.

An Advertisement comprises an image and text submitted to epsservicessa.ch site, and the website link (including the contents of your site).

General

1. Your Advertisement must relate to Geneva Airport Transfers holiday or ski/snowboarding industry.

2. If you are going for the HALF price offer in return for providing a reciprocal link to epsservicessa.ch, then you must be able to put up a reciprocal link within 7 days of your advert appearing on eps homepage.

 Image, text and your website link

3. Your text provided and your website must be written in English. Your text must be consitent with the content of your website.

4. We are under no obligation to make any changes requested by you to the image, text or link once submitted. Changes may be agreed at our discretion.

5. You will be notified if your Advertisement is unacceptable and any monies paid will be refunded.

6. Images submitted should be in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Please make them a reasonable file size.

WE CAN ADJUST THE SIZE OF THE IMAGE YOU SUBMIT TO FIT THE ADVERTISING SPACE YOU HAVE PURCHASED.

7. We are happy to help to create an image for you - please bear in mind a lot of detail is lost when logo's are reduced in size.

8. Animated images are not allowed.

9. Links must be to web pages only and begin with ‘http://'

10. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website that you submit.

Payment and Refunds

11. Funds must be received in full and cleared before your position is reserved on the homepage.

12. No refunds are available once your image, text and link are accepted and published on the homepage.

13. You may choose to have your Advertisement removed from the homepage. Should you do so, you will not be entitled to a refund and your space will become available to other advertisers.

Ownership

14. When you 'buy' a block you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site; your purchase grants you the right to submit an image, text and link. This will then be published on the homepage in the space you have requested.

Availability and duration

15. The site and homepage will be online until after the end of the latest contracted expiry date.

16. The contract period starts on the day your image, text and website link appear on the homepage.

17. There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance but this will be kept to a minimum.

Ongoing Requirements

18. The homepage will be continually monitored and any Advertisement not complying with our terms and conditions will be removed. Sites that are frequently unavailable may be removed. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Site Development

19. We reserve the right at anytime to make changes to the site. Any such changes will not affect the positioning of your image on the homepage.
